Gastroenterologist in Kentucky Less than an hour and a half from Lexington, a private practice is seeking a gastroenterologist to join their team, providing a track for partnership. There are currently 3 GIs in the community and there is a need for a 4th in the region. The hospital provides 2 outpatient surgery centers, as well as a dedicated endoscopy suite for scopes. Optional participation in the GI Hospitalist call rotation would be 1:4 and provide additional income. Ideally, the physician will also enjoy acting as a preceptor for the medical students during their GI rotations. This position includes a generous salary and benefits.
