About the Position As a Restaurant Operations Leader, you will thrive in a morning environment filled with the aroma of delicious food and a passion for serving others. Our managers play a pivotal role in coaching and developing team members, fostering a culture of service that resonates with our customers. We take pride in our food and maintain a seamless integration between both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Every manager takes ownership of kitchen performance and the overall dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Embrace and support our You First culture and core values. Utilize supervisory skills to ensure daily operational excellence. Ensure careful adherence to our meticulously crafted recipes and sourcing standards. Be aware of sales and traffic goals to drive performance beyond expectations. Lead by example, emphasizing the First Watch Five Steps of Service across the team. Actively apply our 10 Commitments in daily operations. Respond urgently to customer and employee concerns. Proactively address repair and maintenance issues. Maintain food safety certification and coach the team on safe food handling practices. Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members. Safeguard company assets, including technology and equipment. Understand and support all restaurant positions. Address inappropriate behavior promptly and conduct necessary investigations. Consistently train, coach, and develop team members. Recognize and reward outstanding team performance. Manage daily revenues and deposits accurately. Complete necessary administrative duties in a timely manner.
