SUMMARY: Join our team and provide outstanding customer service as a full-time pharmacist, working a minimum of 32 hours per week. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed customer expectations, ensuring each shopping visit is enjoyable. You will take charge of the pharmacy's daily operations while maximizing controllable profits and minimizing expenses. As a key player in our inclusive workplace, you will treat customers and colleagues with respect and professionalism, emphasizing safety and accuracy in all patient interactions. Essential Job Functions: Perform all duties of staff pharmacists, including supporting company-wide promotions. Manage special projects as outlined by the Director of Pharmacy or Operations Managers. Provide relief coverage for various locations as necessary, including routine and emergency scheduling. Deliver exceptional customer service, making every customer feel valued and appreciated. Administer immunizations following company protocols. Dispense and compound medications according to laws and ethical standards. Ensure accuracy in prescriptions and assess potential drug interactions. Collaborate with your team to maintain and follow recall protocols. Adhere to all relevant licensing and regulatory requirements. Support quality assurance and security measures for controlled substances. Foster a respectful and trusting environment among all staff members. Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism. Maintain confidentiality in all patient records and information. Assist in achieving departmental goals related to profitability and efficiency. Promote a clean and organized pharmacy space for staff and customers alike. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a licensed pharmacist in good standing. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD; previous experience preferred. Immunization certification through APhA and CPR certification from an accredited organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong mathematical skills for problem-solving in practical situations. Valid Driver's License.
