Work-Life Balance: Consistent Monday-Friday (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) schedule (on-call rotation required) Comprehensive Benefits Package: Because your health matters Extra Perks: Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays What You'll Do As a core member of our facilities team, you'll keep the building running smoothly by handling: HVAC & Mechanical: Preventative maintenance (PMs), filter changes, and belt replacements. Electrical: Troubleshooting minor wiring, replacing ballasts/lamps, and resetting breakers. Plumbing: General repairs for sinks, faucets, toilets, and urinals. General Carpentry & Maintenance: Handle structural repairs (windows, doors, walls), including basic carpentry, prepping, and painting. Locksmith & Security: Install, repair, and maintain door hardware, locks, and cylinders to ensure building security. Safety & Compliance: Identify and fix safety hazards immediately; strictly follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and utilize proper PPE. Documentation: Complete work orders through our tracking system, ensuring accurate records of labor and materials used. What We're Looking For Experience: 2+ years of professional maintenance experience (or 1 year with a technical/trade school certificate). Skills: A solid working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems. Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and safely using/climbing ladders. Reliability: Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old with a valid Driver's License (clean MVR) and able to pass a background check/drug screen.
