About Us 5 General Dentists 1 Hygienist (with 2 additional positions available) 18 experienced support team members 15 operatories including 12 general and 3 surgical On-site removable prosthetics lab Diverse procedures offered: from limited exams to full-mouth reconstructions, implants, and more Work Schedule & Life Balance Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Fridays and weekends: Off Office closure during major holidays (approximately 8 per year), plus a week off for July 4th and between Christmas and New Year's Your Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dental care to our valued patients Perform a wide range of procedures including restorative work, rotary endodontics, surgical extractions, implants, and prosthetics Utilize cutting-edge dental technology including Dentrix, Dexis Imaging, Schick X-rays, IRIS intraoral cameras, Zoom Whitening, CEREC crowns, surgical guides, Sirona Axeos 3D Cone Beam system, and LiteTouch laser systems Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed minimum pay of $850 for each working day for the first six months Production-based compensation of 30-40% of production, paid bi-weekly without holdback Estimated Year 1 Earnings: minimum of $163,200 (based on a 4-day work week, 48 weeks/year) Covers malpractice, license renewal, DEA, and CE reimbursement Group medical insurance available Comprehensive in-house dental work coverage Relocation assistance provided IRA retirement plan Optional life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance Why Consider Joining Us?
