What’s in it for you: $32.75/hour (hourly, non-exempt) Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, sick time, paid holidays, parental leave, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, life insurance, disability, FSA/HSA (U.S.) Steady work and job security with a leading company Opportunity for advancement while working with experienced technicians What you'll work on: Perform complex repairs on tractors, trailers, and yard tractors Conduct PMs, inspections, diagnostics, and general repairs Work with air/hydraulic brakes + ABS, electrical systems, steering, suspension, and drivelines Handle liftgate repair and welding/fabrication as needed Document repair orders and track time/accountability in the RTA Maintenance Program Mentor and support junior mechanics What we’re looking for: 2+ years of mechanical experience preferred (or technical training + 1 year) Ability to repair brakes, air systems, rear doors, and electrical systems with minimal supervision Valid driver’s license (Class A moving experience is a plus) Your own set of essential hand tools Certifications in tires/wheels, brakes, HVAC, and DOT inspections are advantageous Ready to take the next step?
