This role involves processing accounts payable, overseeing medical supply management, and supporting the branch director with essential employee-related human resources information. The individual will also maintain up-to-date electronic personnel files. Qualifications Education and Experience (Essential): High school diploma or equivalent Demonstrated experience with computers, including typing and clerical skills Education and Experience (Desired): Preferred six months of experience in healthcare office functions Qualifications: Effective oral and written communication skills Exceptional customer service skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders Able to multitask while maintaining professionalism and friendliness Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills Understanding of issues related to home care service delivery Requirements: Valid state driver’s license Automobile liability insurance as legally required Access to dependable transportation in good working condition Able to safely drive in various weather conditions Requirements related to driving do not apply to employees in Oregon unless they hold a clinical license.
