Job #: 309462 Title: Administrative Support Location: Greater New Orleans Area Salary Range: $16.00+ Position: Administrator Description: Our New Orleans office is seeking administrative support candidates for various temporary assignments throughout the New Orleans Metro area. Duties are as follows: Provides administrative support to office Scheduling and coordinating meetings Assist with invoicing/billing Filing and assisting with projects as needed Microsoft Office duties Other administrative duties as needed Qualifications: High School Diploma/Equivalent 2 years' clerical/administrative office experience Excellent oral, telephone, and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Able to work independently Ability to multi-task Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products Familiarity with standard electronic office machines (multi line phone, copier, fax machine) Lofton offers benefits, including health, vision, dental and paid vacation after one year of service.
