Our Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care. On Call position available! Pay range: New graduate starts at $20.50. Potential to earn up to 32.00 per hour, base pay, for 20 years of licensed CNA experience. Shift Differentials: NOC Shift $1.25 per hour, On Call $2.00 per hour Per Diem Policy: AT LEAST two 8-hour shifts per month. Must be a certified Washington State NAC/CNA.
