What You Will Be Doing: As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead design teams and assist with team development while focusing on business development responsibilities in the Rock Hill area. You'll have the confidence that you're joining a growing business line in an established firm and can team with great leaders as they will help mentor you in the next step of your career. Cultivate new client relationships in dynamic markets for transportation/municipal projects to position for growth of our business in the Southeast market Utilize your expertise on transportation or municipal project management Responsible for planning, development, and completion of projects ensuring client satisfaction and budget management Lead junior staff and promote the growth of their technical skills What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university Licensed Professional Engineer 10+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with municipal and/or transportation infrastructure Experience & enjoyment of managing and mentoring staff Experience with project management, proposal development, and business development Strong working technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices is required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment is essential Strong active listening and team building skills Possess valid driver's license Experience in Rock Hill, York County and the surrounding area a plus WHY BOLTON & MENK?
