As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner * Assist customers with their inquiries, orders, and concerns * Provide product information and recommendations * Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system * Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area * Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations * Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed Requirements: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Basic math skills for cash handling * Previous experience in the food industry is preferred * Knowledge of POS system is a plus * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Excellent problem-solving abilities * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Consent to background check * Must be 16+ years of age to legally (State Law) operate Pizza Ovens.
