Job Title: Marketing Associate Reports to: Marketing Director FLSA Status: Non-Exempt SUMMARY: Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our Paid Advertising team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is curious about digital marketing, loves working with data, and is excited to learn how paid media drives growth in an e-commerce business. In this role, you'll support the execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. You'll work closely with our marketing team to analyze performance, assist with campaign setup, and help identify opportunities to improve results. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience in performance marketing, analytics, and paid media strategy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads Support campaign execution, including audience creation, creative uploads, and campaign launches Monitor daily campaign performance and flag trends or anomalies Pull and analyze campaign performance reports (CTR, ROAS, CPA, conversions, etc.) Help test new audiences, creative variations, and campaign strategies Collaborate with the creative and merchandising teams to ensure ads align with brand messaging Assist with competitive research and industry trend monitoring Maintain campaign documentation and organization within advertising platforms Support the team in identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiency QUALIFICATIONS: A college or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred Proficient in Google Docs and Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
