Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 Comprehensive benefits package plus performance-based bonus Emphasis on work/life balance Company events, outings, and holiday celebrations Long-term career growth opportunities Overview of the Controller Role: Oversee all accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Payroll Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements Partner with external auditors and internal teams during audits and financial reviews Evaluate, enhance, and maintain internal controls while driving process improvements and efficiencies Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to senior leadership to support business planning and growth initiatives Mentor and lead the accounting team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with prior leadership experience in a controller or senior accounting role Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls Proven ability to implement process improvements and collaborate cross-functionally #INMAR2026 #LI-LR1 EB-1691378623
