We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets.Factory Location: Zephyrhills, FLCompensation: $27.63 / hourSchedule: Tues - Sat 5:00 am - 5:30 pmAbility to work holidays and weekends per business needsBenefits of working for Primo Brands:Health Benefits: Medical, prescription, dental, vision, flexible spending account (FSA), dependent care flexible spending account (FSA, heath savings account (HSA)Retirement/Investing:401K with a 5% match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)Insurance: Employee Life Insurance, short and long-term disability, critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, spouse/domestic partner/child life insurance, accidental death and dismembermentOther great benefits: Employee discounts, save on auto, home, and pet insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and sick time, 9 paid holidays and 3 paid floating holidays, paid leave for when you have a baby, adopt a child, or become a foster parent, legal services, identity theft protection, employee assistance program (EAP), adoption reimbursement benefit, FED logic, commuter benefitsResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Assist in making sure warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded Review daily achievement of targets and reporting variances during on-the-floor and debrief meetings Actively participate in OR's or special meetings within the region Drive inventory accuracy results Facilitate seamless handoffs and communicate key information to peers, team members, and management Understand internal and external regulations, procedures & policies and apply them fairly and consistently Maintain contingency plans for time sensitive operations (unscheduled absentees, equipment issues, system or process malfunctions, inventory exceptions) Ensure complete compliance to prescribed GMP's and internal Primo Brands standards Ensure our products are moved across the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner Load and unload route trucks manually or with a forklift Guarantee adequate inventory management, good housekeeping, and warehouse standards Assist warehouse associates and forklift operators Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager Qualifications High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience Two or more years of prior experience within a warehouse or distribution environment Strong understanding of warehouse, distribution and inventory processes Prior experience in a consumer products, food or beverage desired Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and business management software, SAP experience is preferred Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) required Solid communication skills with the ability to influence and lead change Demonstrated success in achieving results and driving continuous improvement Willingness and ability to work nights and respond on call to critical issues
