Key Responsibilities: • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments. • Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors. • Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and reporting. • Assist with month-end closing and general ledger support related to accounts payable. • Communicate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices. • Support the accounting team with special projects and process improvements. Preferred Qualifications: • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
