THE CLIENT Our team is partnering with a well?established, globally active firm with a collaborative and highly professional culture. With a strong presence in their U.S. headquarters and additional international offices, the organization is known for its supportive environment, excellent training, and strong cross?department relationships. Their Legal & Compliance function is highly respected and plays a critical role in maintaining the firms global standards. THE ROLE The firm is seeking a highly organized and proactive Compliance Coordinator to support their Legal & Compliance team. This role sits at the center of daily operations helping manage calendars, track deadlines, process documentation, support compliance systems, and liaise with employees across the firm. Youll work closely with attorneys, compliance officers, HR, Technology, and colleagues across multiple offices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is curious about compliance and eager to grow. Youll gain hands?on exposure to regulatory filings, audit processes, Code of Ethics administration, onboarding, and corporate governance, with opportunities to take on more substantive responsibilities over time. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Calendar and scheduling support for multiple team members Tracking regulatory deadlines and maintaining compliance calendars Sending weekly task reminders and follow?ups Processing KYC/AML letters and maintaining global entity information Preparing materials for Surveillance Meetings and updating compliance matrices Tracking trade errors and filing Investor Relations materials Supporting employees with the compliance management system Handling firm?wide compliance certifications and monitoring responses Managing personal trading system onboarding/offboarding and monthly reporting Coordinating new hire compliance orientation and related surveillance processes Supporting cross?department projects, vendor communication, and audit documentation requests Assisting with annual compliance review, global training logistics, and manual/protocol updates Communicating with employees across the firm on time?sensitive compliance matters THE CANDIDATE The team is seeking someone who is extremely organized, detail?oriented, and proactive someone who naturally stays ahead of deadlines, communicates clearly, and takes full ownership of follow?through. This role requires polished communication, discretion, and confidence working with senior leadership. Desired qualifications include: Bachelors degree required 12 years of administrative, coordination, or compliance support experience Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Strong prioritization and time?management skills Ability to manage up and proactively track outstanding items Tech?savvy; proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint Comfortable with AI tools and willingness to incorporate them into workflows Preferred: experience in financial services or a regulated industry; interest in long?term compliance growth COMP / BENEFITS Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience 4 days in office / 1 day remote, flexibility required Excellent benefits including discretionary bonus, healthcare coverage, 401(k) match, generous PTO, and additional firm perks Joss Search is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
