Human Resources Coordinator - HRC - Skilled Nursing Facility Come join us at St. Patrick's Manor! A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, 303-bed, Short and Long-term care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters. Located on lush, manicured lawns and gardens in Framingham, MA, we are just minutes from Route 9 for easy access to the Mass Pike. We are seeking to hire a Human Resources Coordinator - HRC. $22 - $24 per hour based on skills and experience. Full-time schedule; Monday - Friday. Human Resources Coordinator - HRC Qualifications: High School diploma or the equivalent. 2 years of administrative experience preferred. Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Bilingual Spanish candidates preferred. Must be able to utilize designated computer software for typing, form completion, reporting, etc. Human Resources Coordinator - HRC Job Summary: Assist the Human Resources Director in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the Human Resources Department. Coordinate and conduct hiring and onboarding procedures for incoming staff and volunteers. Assist with the recruiting and onboarding function using the HRIS (UKG) recruiting/onboarding tool and coordinating with hiring managers for candidate communication, interviews, and hiring. Assist with candidate screening to include background checks, initial welcome onboarding and required non-clinical orientation materials. Create and maintain employee records. Provide basic technological support to employees. Attend and participate in in-service educational classes, on-the-job training programs, etc. as scheduled/directed. Assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement events and activities. This is a brief overview of job responsibilities and not intended to be all inclusive.
