Compensation & Benefits Intern The Compensation & Benefits Intern will support the Global Compensation & Benefits team in executing key cyclical processes and providing analytical, administrative, and project-based support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, is curious about how HR programs are designed and administered, and is eager to contribute to meaningful work that impacts employees across the organization. Key Responsibilities Compensation Support Assist with job evaluations, market pricing, and benchmarking activities. Help maintain and update compensation data, spreadsheets, and internal documentation. Support preparation of materials for annual compensation processes (e.g., merit cycles, bonus planning, salary structure updates). Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity in HR systems. Benefits Support Assist in benefits administration tasks, including enrollment audits, data validation, and vendor file reviews. Help prepare employee communications and resources related to benefits programs. Support ongoing benefits initiatives, such as wellness programs, process improvements, or vendor assessments. Data & Analysis Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support HR decision-making. Prepare presentation materials for HR leadership. Project Support Participate in cross-functional HR projects aimed at enhancing employee experience. Conduct research on compensation and benefits trends, regulatory changes, and best practices. Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement efforts. Required Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable working with Excel and large datasets. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas). Familiarity with HR Information Systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus. Interest in compensation, benefits, or total rewards as a long-term career path. The range below reflects Reworld's reasonable estimate of base pay for this role based on primary posting location. It is expected that most qualified candidates in this location will fall within the posting range. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable). Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future. The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $42,800.00 - $56,900.00 USD. For hourly roles, this is the annualized salary. To calculate the hourly rate, divide by 2080.
