Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in engine assembly, preferably with Diesel engines for heavy-duty vehicles (Class 8 trucks or similar). Strong knowledge of Diesel engine systems, including fuel injection, cooling, lubrication, and emissions control. Proficiency with mechanical tools and equipment; experience with CNC machines or automated assembly lines is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Basic computer skills for data entry and using manufacturing software. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 70 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks in a noisy, industrial environment. Commitment to safety, with knowledge of OSHA regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage. Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; forklift certification is advantageous. Skills and Competencies Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
