Clamp Forklift Truck Operator

Clamp Forklift Truck Operator We are seeking an experienced and safety-driven Clamp Truck Forklift Operator to support warehouse and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for safely transporting large paper rolls, corrugated materials, and finished goods using a clamp truck attachment while maintaining product integrity and production flow. The ideal candidate has prior clamp truck experience and understands how to handle sensitive materials without causing damage. This is a direct hire role for a company in Oak Creek, WI. Clamp Forklift Truck Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operate clamp truck forklift to move paper rolls, corrugated sheets, and finished product Load and unload semi-trailers safely and efficiently Supply production lines with raw materials to prevent downtime Stage finished goods according to shipping schedules Adjust clamp pressure appropriately to prevent product damage Perform daily pre-shift forklift inspections and report mechanical issues Maintain accurate material tracking and inventory documentation Follow all OSHA and company safety policies Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Clamp Forklift Truck Operator Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of clamp truck forklift experience required Experience in corrugated, paper, packaging, or manufacturing environment preferred Ability to safely handle large, high-value paper rolls without damage Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary Frequent sitting, twisting, turning, and reaching Ability to work in industrial manufacturing environment Comfortable working overtime and varied shifts QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
