Job Description Job Description Sales & Retention Supervisor Apprentice Alpha is actively seeking a driven and coachable Sales & Retention Supervisor Apprentice to join our growing team. You'll work directly with our Account Management Department , gaining hands-on experience in staff coaching, sales strategy, and customer retention , all while learning how to lead a high-performing team. What You'll Be Doing: As a Sales & Retention Supervisor Apprentice, you'll play a dual role: supporting frontline customer and sales operations while also preparing to over see a team for us. Through daily mentorship, team collaboration, and real-world management experience, you'll master the skills needed to supervise a results-driven department focused on client satisfaction and long-term growth.
