Onestream Accounts Reconciliations Admin We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced and technically proficient OneStream Accounts Reconciliations Administrator to manage the administration, execution, and optimization of the OneStream Reconciliation Manager (RCM) platform. This role is central to ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of account reconciliations across all business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting/finance operations, reconciliations, and system administration, with hands-on experience in OneStream or similar reconciliation tools. Key responsibilities include setting the close calendar in RCM, configuring and maintaining due dates for all reconciliations for the following fiscal year to align with company close calendars and policies. Monthly responsibilities include new account setup, user security setup, updating reconciliation due dates, discovering and processing reconciliations, reviewing and assigning reconciliations, creating account groups, and processing reconciliations. Ad-hoc responsibilities include reporting, audit support, and support with resolving OneStream ticketing related to metadata changes, scenario copies, and data validation. Job requirements include a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field. OneStream Administrator or Reconciliations certification is preferred. Seven or more years' experience inclusive of three to five years of accounting, reconciliations, or financial systems administration in addition to a minimum of two years working with OneStream Reconciliation Manager (RCM) or comparable reconciliation tools is required. Skills include familiarity with ERP/GL systems, proficiency with OneStream, strong data management and troubleshooting skills, SQL, scripting, or VBA knowledge, strong attention to detail and deadline orientation, clear communication across finance, accounting, and IT stakeholders, an analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement, and being a proactive, organized, and collaborative team player.
