Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Salinas Valley Post Acute - Salinas, CA Starting rate: $45/hr and up (DOE) Salinas Valley Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and patient‑focused Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. Our facility is resident‑centered and committed to delivering exceptional therapeutic outcomes in a supportive, collaborative environment. Position Summary The Physical Therapy Assistant works under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high‑quality therapy services to post‑acute and long‑term care residents. This role supports treatment plan implementation, functional progress, and the overall well‑being of each resident.
