Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Tig Welder position for a local Caddo Mills, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. In this role, you will: Perform TIG welding on stainless steel outlets and drains Produce clean, precise, and structurally sound welds Interpret basic welding specifications and instructions Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines We like to hear from candidates with the following: Previous TIG welding experience, preferably with stainless steel Ability to read and follow basic blueprints or weld instructions Consistent attendance and punctuality-must show up on time Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and willingness to keep the work area clean and safe Apply now!
