File and filing pull titles from the vault Run titles reports Logging paper and electronic titles Request titles from ELT (Electronic Titles) vendors Monitor titles queues Lift trays from the vault Required Qualifications: Available to work on-site at our Amherst, NY office Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5 pm Eastern High School diploma or GED Minimum one-year data entry experience Minimum one-year experience with document handling Intermediate proficiency with Windows-based software programs (i.e., MS Word, Excel, Outlook) Meet physical demands of lifting trays ( ~10 -15 lbs) Ability to demonstrate, comprehend, and apply our workplace values.
