Village Caregiving is seeking a Registered Nurse/Director of Operations to join our growing team. This position involves providing leadership and oversight for our caregiving services in the Batesville, IN area as part of the nations largest privately owned non-skilled home health agency. The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide support to our clients in their homes. We have offices in over 60 cities and nearly 20 states! Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of caregiving services Oversee and support a team of caregivers Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies Coordinate client care plans Participate in hiring and training of staff members In-home assessments as needed Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of NC Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Competitive salary range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year paid semi-monthly (plus bonus opportunities) Health insurance Flexible schedule Unlimited paid time off Vision insurance 401k with company match Daily Pay We're seeking an individual who embodies a passion for making a positive impact, displays an innate desire for a managerial role, and thrives in the camaraderie of a collaborative and successful team.
