As a Reservationist, you will be responsible for managing reservations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Manage reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner Provide exceptional customer service to customers during the reservation process Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations Accurately enter customer information into the company's reservation system Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions Requirements: Shift availability: 12PM-8PM Skills & abilities: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
