Project Manager - Substation Lead high-impact utility substation EPC projects. Strong backlog, stability, and growth opportunity. If you're looking to lead impactful substation projects from concept through energization - this is the role. Job Description Lead full lifecycle execution of substation EPC projects (typically 69kV-500kV or similar). Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality performance. Serve as the primary point of contact for utility clients and key stakeholders. Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless delivery. Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field construction activities. Monitor financial performance including forecasting, change orders, and budget control. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications. Drive schedule adherence and proactively mitigate project risks. Support contract negotiations and manage contract administration. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Substation should have: 5+ years of Project Management experience within an EPC environment Direct experience managing utility substation projects Strong understanding of transmission & distribution (T&D) systems Experience working with utility clients and navigating their standards/specifications Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary engineering and construction teams Strong financial acumen and budget management experience PMP certification preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $150,000 USD annually.
