Experienced year-round Housekeeper needed. Approximately 3-6 hours a week. Principal is very part time. During their part time stay, you will be needed daily (up to 8hrs) to keep things organized and tidied. Generally this is no longer than two weeks approximately once a year. Must haves: Reliability. Clean background check. Be able to lift, stand, push, carry, etc. Speak, write and understand fluent English. Good organizational skills. Walk up and down stairs. Occasionally wash, iron and fold clothes. Wash bed linens. All the above are required, no exceptions. The home is generally clean and organized. You will maintain the cleanliness.
