Department Overview: The Global Procurement organization plays a strategic role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and innovation of the company's supply ecosystem. Beyond traditional sourcing, the team focuses on enterprise value creation through supplier collaboration, operational efficiency, and digital procurement transformation. The procurement organization partners closely with engineering, IT, finance, and operations teams to build resilient supply networks and enable new solution development. Role Overview: This role will serve as a key operational leader responsible for supplier enablement and integration within the company's Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platforms. The position sits at the intersection of strategic procurement and digital operations, ensuring suppliers are fully integrated into the organization's procurement ecosystem. The primary objective is to improve supplier connectivity, increase digital adoption across catalogs and invoicing, and enhance the overall procurement experience for internal stakeholders and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Supplier Onboarding & Technical Integration: Lead the end-to-end onboarding of suppliers into enterprise P2P platforms, ensuring both technical and operational readiness. Manage supplier catalog integrations including hosted catalogs and punch-out configurations. Drive supplier migration to electronic channels to increase e-invoicing adoption and reduce manual processing. Partner with IT and ERP teams to troubleshoot integration issues and support system upgrades or enhancements. Procurement Strategy & Data Analysis: Analyze supplier spend data and procurement benchmarks to determine optimal supplier integration models. Collaborate with Category Managers, IT teams, and suppliers to ensure pricing accuracy and strategic alignment within procurement systems. Support global deployment of procurement platforms, including Coupa rollouts, while balancing global standards with regional operational needs. Monitor and report on supplier enablement metrics such as catalog coverage, adoption rates, and digital transaction performance. Supplier Support & Training: Develop global training materials including manuals, guides, and tutorial resources for suppliers and internal stakeholders. Host supplier education sessions such as webinars and virtual office hours to support onboarding and system adoption. Provide operational support to suppliers navigating onboarding, purchase order transmission, and electronic invoicing. Technical & Professional Skills: Digital Transformation: Ability to lead stakeholders and suppliers through adoption of new procurement technologies. Data & Analytics: Strong capability in analyzing procurement data using Excel, BI tools, or reporting platforms. Project Management: Experience managing multiple supplier onboarding initiatives within a global environment. Supplier Engagement: Strong communication skills with the ability to guide suppliers through technical onboarding processes. Customer-Focused Approach: Service-oriented mindset when supporting internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Location: This role requires candidates to be based in the Greater Chicago Area, with an expectation of three days per week onsite. Requirements: Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in P2P support or Procurement Operations. Proven track record in Supplier Enablement and electronic integration within major E-Procurement ecosystems. Platform Expertise: Experience with Coupa is highly preferred and considered a significant advantage. Additional Requirements: 5+ years of experience in procurement operations, supplier management, supply chain management, P2P support, or related fields. Legal authorization to work in the United States indefinitely is required. Relocation and/or Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
