Accounts Payable Coordinator

What You'll Do Your work will keep our financial operations running smoothly. Day to day, you will: Review and process vendor invoices with a strong focus on accuracy Match invoices with purchase orders and properly code them in our accounting system Prepare and process payments, including printing and mailing checks with documentation Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies Communicate with vendors and internal teams to answer questions or resolve issues Assist with subcontractor documentation needed for annual 1099 preparation Reconcile company credit card statements Calculate and generate use tax when required Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and company information What Makes Someone Successful in This Role Were looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable managing details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
