In this role, you will work at the intersection of technology, people, and process, leveraging IBMs technologies to deliver business value and insights to clients. Responsibilities: • Learning and encouraging the use of the IBM Technology & Red Hat portfolio of software in the AI, Data, Automation or Cloud space. • Projecting business values of a solution in client-relevant terms and drive adoption of the KPI impact with key client stakeholders • Developing communications tailored to specific audiences while working in an agile, collaborative environment • Using IBMs Design Thinking to help solve clients challenges and analyze data to support conclusions and strategies • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, providing clients with actionable insights to enhance marketing, operational, and business practices. • Client Collaboration: Work with project team to prioritize and translate Client requirements and define current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans and solutions). Work collaboratively with Client and the Architect to ensure proper translation of business requirements to solution requirements. Determine and present best use cases for IBM Technology and Red Hat solutions to meet client requirements. • Presentation of Insights: Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely, demonstrating the value of data-driven decision-making to clients. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to tackle complex business problems, utilizing your data expertise to drive innovative solutions. • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in the modern data stack, bringing new ideas and best practices to the team. Qualifications: Required: • Bachelors Degree • Ability to understand clients needs and challenges, and apply creative and logical approach to identify solutions • Ability to communicate complex situations clearly and simply by listening actively and conveying difficult messages in a positive manner • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Ability to apply logic to solve business problems through a detailed analytical approach • Ability to translate requirements into a business case • Ability to learn new technologies and effectively communicate the benefits they can provide to enterprise clients • Prior exposure to one or more of the following domains: AI, Machine Learning, Data, Statistical Analysis, Automation tools, Cloud software • Skills: Leadership, Interpersonal Communications, Understanding Client needs, Project outcomes, Business management, and/or Computer science • Willingness to travel 100%, based on project requirements Preferred: • A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view • Strong quantitative analysis skills and the ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insights • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands • Experience in areas such as Operations/Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Reporting/Analytics or other business functional areas • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Math, MIS, Engineering, Business Management, Finance) • Practical project experience or relevant training Company: IBM is an IT technology and consulting firm providing computer hardware, software, infrastructure, and hosting services.
