Human Resources Generalist The Human Resources Generalist will be the sole HR support for a growing manufacturing site. With a well-rounded experience and a can-do attitude, this role will lead onboarding, recruiting, employee engagement, and retention initiatives. Responsibilities: Lead the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Manage the recruitment process by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction. Create and execute retention initiatives to maintain a stable workforce. Handle HR administration tasks, including data entry and payroll processing. Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to ensure a positive work environment. Essential Skills: At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources. Proven experience in HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, and payroll. Strong ability to manage onboarding processes and employee engagement programs. Additional Skills & Qualifications: General well-rounded experience in Human Resources. Ambitious attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Work Environment: The role is based in a manufacturing environment. The current office is located in Tempe, with plans to relocate to Mesa. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
