Receptionist - Hourly Salary Range $17.13 - $20.00 Hourly Position Type Full Time Description Full-time receptionist for the St Francis Cabrini Campus of the Lakewood Catholic Parish Family. The Receptionist at Lakewood Catholic Parish Family St. Frances Cabrini Campus assists the pastor in providing a welcoming and responsive presence for parishioners in the front office and collaborating with staff to assist parishioners in their communing in the Lord's beauty, evangelizing through catechesis, and embodying the works. They will assist the pastor in providing a welcoming and responsive presence for parishioners in the front office. Answers the telephone, provide general information to callers or visitors to the parish. Provides clerical assistance & promotes and oversees volunteers with front-office clerical duties. Qualifications Since this role is often the first touch our church has with the community, a successful candidate needs to believe everything contained in the word of God, whether written or handed down in Tradition, which the Church, either by a solemn judgement or by the ordinary and universal Magisterium, sets forth to be believed as divinely revealed. They must also, firmly accept and hold all that the Church definitively proposes regarding teaching on faith and morals. Desires to grow in an authentic life of prayer and unity with Jesus Christ in the Catholic Church. Ability to communicate in English and Spanish. Strong ability to prioritize task load based on importance. Excellent computer literacy and ease in working in a digital office environment. Willingness to learn and use parish software platforms, including Canva, Flocknote, and ParishStaq. Strong written English skills, with attention to clarity, accuracy, and tone appropriate for parish communications. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
