Agile Developer with Security Clearance

Job Title: Agile Developer Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland Clearance Required: Active Top Secret clearance with FS polygraph (CI within the last 5 years) Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Overview: We are seeking an experienced Agile Developer to support the modernization of a legacy operational system into a microservices-based architecture using cutting-edge technologies. This role requires strong development skills, deep experience with AWS native services, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile team environment. The Work: Modernize legacy operational systems using a microservices-based architecture. Write Java Spring Boot microservice applications utilizing AWS native technologies. Utilize Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2, and S3. Build RESTful services with Spring capable of filtering and selecting complex data objects. Implement CI/CD principles utilizing Maven, GitLab, and GitOps. Participate in Agile development and iterative delivery of software. Communicate and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment and with stakeholders. Basic Qualifications: An active Top Secret clearance with polygraph (CI within the last 5 years). 12 years of relevant experience with a bachelors degree, or 10 years of relevant experience with a masters degree. Experience working with AWS tool suite such as OSS, DynamoDB, Lambdas, and CloudWatch.
