Dr. Miami is expanding our social media team. This is an on-site role supporting short-form content creation across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. We are considering part-time and full-time applicants. Youll work closely with our Social Media Manager to help plan, create, and execute engaging content that reflects the Dr. Miami brand. Responsibilities: Develop and pitch short-form content ideas Identify emerging social media trends Film and edit video content Assist with posting, scheduling, and performance tracking Engage with online audiences and support marketing campaigns Qualifications: Strong familiarity with major social media platforms Understanding of short-form content pacing and audience engagement Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools) Strong communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
