Workday Financial Trainer Applicants must be willing to be onsite weekly in Downtown Atlanta Training Scope & Timeline 4 month contract role 1420 instructor-led courses covering the full financial back office Courses span 7 agencies Class size: ~25 users per class Significant need for Day 1 readiness by role and workstream Training Model & Content Train-the-Trainer program launched Super User program enabled Content is already developed Instructor-led courses E-learning modules (e.g., Financial Accounting 1 & 2, AP two-part course) Workbooks and documentation Testing scripts built by BAs Content is structured by workstream OCM team has documented change impacts Key focus areas: Early knowledge / early learning Understanding how the system works and why it was designed that way Developing internal staff to articulate and train processes
