Financial Management - Skunk Works - Level 2 Join Lockheed Martin's legendary Skunk Works team as a Financial Management Analyst and play a key role in supporting mission-critical Advanced Development Programs (ADP). In this position, you will partner with the Program Finance team to manage program financial performance, analyze costs, and provide actionable insights that directly influence program decision-making and business outcomes. This role offers exposure to a variety of financial management functions, providing a strong foundation for career growth within Lockheed Martin. Key Responsibilities: Support program financial planning and execution by establishing and managing Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB). Analyze and reconcile actual costs, providing accurate financial insights and recommendations. Develop Estimates at Complete (EAC) to support program forecasting and decision-making. Conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and reporting to track program performance against cost, schedule, and scope. Perform financial cost analyses, including cost allocation, cost control, and risk assessment. Prepare financial performance reports and contractual deliverables for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial objectives align with program goals and company standards. This is a full-time onsite position within a classified program. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance and program access. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited college or 3 years experience without a Bachelors Degree Experience in any of the following: Financial analysis, pricing and estimating, accounting and expense tracking, Planning/Scheduling, reviewing and interpreting policy, and/or purchasing/ procurement. Desired Skills: Financial analysis and reporting Budget baseline development Variance analysis Financial forecasting Experience in a dynamic and changing environment Strong communicator and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn Good team player Experience in Cobra, SAP, Excel, and Tableau Active DOD Secret Security Clearance Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
