Job Description Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought for a full-time contract position focused on teletherapy services. This assignment supports students through direct therapy, IEP preparation, documentation, and collaboration within a virtual school setting. The role requires adherence to school hours, amounting to 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), with a contract term extending through May 21, 2026. Responsibilities include: Scheduling and actively participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings Preparing and managing required documentation such as Referral to Determine Eligibility Reports (RDRs) and comprehensive IEPs Providing direct teletherapy sessions to students Supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as needed Ensuring timely daily log submissions and maintaining organized records to support timesheet approvals Qualifications and desired experience: Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and Georgia Educator License Proven experience supervising SLPAs is highly valued Strong organizational skills and reliability for efficient time management Ability to effectively communicate with students, families, and school personnel in a virtual environment Commitment to delivering maximum direct services while maintaining compliance with administrative requirements Location: Teletherapy services supporting students in the Fortson, GA area, with district activities based in Columbus, GA.
