Locums Opportunity For Nurse Practitioner In Arizona We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FMNP) to join our team on a locum tenens basis in Arizona (AZ). This position provides an opportunity to make a positive impact on the healthcare of our patients. Schedule: 4 Days per week/10 Hour Shifts Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive family medicine care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Conduct routine check-ups, health assessments, and screenings for patients of all ages. Prescribe and manage medications and treatments as needed. Provide patient education on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Qualifications: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification and licensure in the state of Arizona (AZ). Previous experience in family medicine or primary care is preferred.
