About Your Role QGenda is searching for an Email Marketing Specialist who will support the execution and optimization of QGenda's email marketing programs, including campaign builds, nurture workflows, and lifecycle automation. This team member will work extensively in Marketo, ensuring campaigns are built accurately, tested thoroughly, and deployed on schedule. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-curious, and motivated to grow their expertise in marketing automation and performance optimization. How You'll Make an Impact Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns in Marketo Create and manage smart lists, segmentation, and dynamic content Support the development and execution of nurture programs and automated workflows Partner with content and digital teams to align messaging and targeting Proactively develop and execute A/B tests, documenting learnings and recommending next steps Analyze campaign and lifecycle performance, identify trends, and bring forward recommendations to improve engagement and conversion Maintain database hygiene and ensure compliance with email best practices Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure smooth execution Involved in technology vendor relationships and enables optimization of technology to support marketing programs Leverage AI to help scale marketer productivity, customer personalization, and streamline production. Experience You Bring 13 years of hands-on email marketing experience Direct experience executing campaigns in Marketo (required) Strong QA skills and attention to detail able to launch campaigns accurately and on time, while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Foundational understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing Experience supporting nurture programs and triggered campaigns Comfortable reviewing campaign metrics and identifying trends or areas for improvement Understanding of deliverability basics and email compliance standards Strong initiative, proactive and willing to take ownership of projects from start to finish Strong analytical thinking and comfort drawing insights from performance data Applicants for this position must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States(U.S.), including being located in the US.
