Job Overview Join our dynamic Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Customer Insights Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst. We are looking for a skilled analyst to craft financial models leveraging sales and customer data, even when faced with incomplete information. In this role, you will work with substantial datasets, delivering analyses and recommendations that are clear and actionable for senior management. You will have the independence to deconstruct complex problems into manageable tasks while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines and competing priorities. Key Responsibilities Collaborate across the organization to familiarize yourself with diverse datasets and integrate them effectively. Influence partner teams collaboratively, ensuring alignment with business goals even without direct authority. Develop financial models and conduct detailed margin analyses. Provide business support to various cloud products and services as needed. Exhibit a strong understanding of the technology business arena, emphasizing metrics and analysis to achieve business objectives. Deliver analysis and strategic advice to management on operations, resource management, finance, revenue accounting, pricing, and contracts. Lead initiatives that support and enhance the organization’s operational and business objectives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, math, computer science, or engineering; MBA is a plus. In-depth understanding of cloud and infrastructure sectors. Over 10 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, with progressive responsibility in reporting and controllership. Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills. Capability to work independently and thrive in collaborative settings with various teams, requiring minimal supervision. Self-motivated with strong business insight and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong cross-group collaboration abilities. Proven program management and process optimization skills. Demonstrated experience in working with large datasets and translating them into actionable insights. Ability to excel in environments characterized by ambiguity and change. This role is located at Oracle's facility.
