Possess a minimum of 1 year of full-service restaurant experience (preferred). Demonstrate exceptional standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction. Exhibit business maturity and the ability to effectively supervise peers. Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred). Have a passion for the restaurant business and a compassion for people. Are energetic, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable. Possess strong oral and written communication skills, along with outstanding leadership and conflict resolution abilities. Have basic math and accounting skills, complemented by strong analytical and decision-making capabilities. Are computer literate. Can work a flexible schedule, including openings, closings, weekends, and holidays—reliable transportation is a must. Hold Serv Safe Certification (preferred). Legal Disclosures Pay Range: $17.65 - $21.28 Other Compensation: Referral Bonus; Employee Stock Purchase Program after 1+ years of service (must work 20+ hours/week).
