Your Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by supporting customers through the sales process, from appraisals to test drives and financing applications. Assess vehicle conditions by gathering and communicating necessary information for customer appraisals. Receive and check in vehicles shipped to CarMax, ensuring precise inventory management through daily scanning and reconciliation. Conduct cosmetic inspections of vehicles to maintain CarMax Quality Standards. Handle various administrative tasks, including printing reports, managing transaction paperwork, liaising with finance companies, and ensuring documentation accuracy for billing.
