What will you be doing? You will serve as a practice leader and primary client contact, working closely with clients to provide eDiscovery support using a variety of technologies and best practices in legal situations. Responsibilities include: Acting as the main point of contact for projects involving the identification, collection, processing, review, and production of electronic data relevant to litigation or investigations. Collaborating with clients to implement efficient workflows, identifying potential risks, and applying quality control to make data easily discoverable. Leading a team of eDiscovery forensic data collection engineers. Communicating proactively with clients and team members regarding project status, commitments, and deadlines. Maintaining consistent communication to ensure timely task completion and establish project goals. Managing end-to-end project execution, including planning, resourcing, and reviews, while meeting client deadlines. Leading meetings to discuss work results. Ensuring adherence to eDiscovery best practices through quality control checks. Providing project support in data collection, database management, and analysis. Conducting daily electronic data discovery collection efforts. Utilizing eDiscovery tools like Relativity to enhance workflows. Documenting and summarizing data collection efforts thoroughly. Identifying opportunities for process improvements. Who will you be working with? Core Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, data science, or related fields is required. 5-7+ years of relevant professional experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information into coherent conclusions. Excellent project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Exceptional client service skills, including relationship-building abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fast learner, eager to embrace new technologies in a challenging environment. Preferred Attributes: Familiarity with eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, Reveal, Nuix, and Brainspace. Experience with digital forensics tools like FTK, EnCase, and others is advantageous. Extensive knowledge of eDiscovery methodology and best practices. Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
