Exciting Opportunity for a General Dentist Join a well-established, full-service dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Our office is known for its collaborative environment and support from experienced staff and EFDA assistants. Team Structure Our dynamic team consists of 1 full-time dentist, 1 part-time dentist, 3 hygienists, 4 EFDA assistants, 3 front desk team members, and an office manager who all work together to deliver outstanding care. Flexible Schedule We offer both full-time and part-time positions: Full-time hours: Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Thursday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM Part-time: Hours negotiable within the above schedule Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry services with a focus on patient satisfaction. Diagnose patient conditions and develop tailored treatment plans. Perform restorative and preventive dental procedures using the latest techniques and equipment. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining a comfortable atmosphere. Keep accurate clinical documentation to ensure continuity of care. Collaborate effectively with hygienists, EFDA assistants, and administrative staff to optimize patient care. Utilize Dentrix practice management software for efficient operations. Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school is required. Must hold a valid Indiana dental license. Demonstrated commitment to exceptional patient care and clinical excellence. Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for patient interaction. Open to candidates of all experience levels.
