CDL A Over-the-Road Truck Driver

Join our team as a CDL A Over-the-Road Truck Driver! We are looking for dedicated drivers to operate our well-maintained fleet without any cost to you. Here’s what you can expect: Position Type: Company Driver Home equipment may be taken if secure parking is available. Enjoy 2 weeks out with opportunities across 47 states (note: no service in CA and limited in NW during winter). No touch freight with drop and hook operations. We offer 2020 or newer sleeper trucks, ensuring comfort and reliability on the road. Compensation and Benefits: Detention pay at $25 per hour after 2 hours at the facility. Deadhead rates and low mileage compensation for fair earnings. Receive $200 per day for any breakdown or maintenance on the road, with a maximum of $1,000 per week. Flexible dispatch to accommodate your schedule and home time needs. Full-time W-2 benefits including 401k with contributions, medical (Cigna), vision/dental (Principal), and paid time off. Holiday pay at $50 extra if working on an observed holiday. Pet and passenger policies in place. Current Requirements: 3 years of CDL A experience. Ages 25 and older, under 75 for insurance reasons. Less than 1 moving violation in the last 2 years on MVR. No DUI failures or serious violations in the last 15 years.
