Get to Know Your Team: BSA Hospital is a 445-bed hospital serving the Amarillo area for over 120 years and continues to be Amarillo's preferred healthcare provider. At BSA, the focus is to provide quality healthcare in Christian love, service and dignity. Responsibilities The Master Facility Tech provides repair, service, and operational reliability of utilities and/or equipment required to meet the facility's needs. Said skills shall be performed with independence and proficiency commensurate with the level expected of a seasoned technician, as determined by his immediate supervisor. The Master Tech should also be able to teach his lesser-experienced peers, demonstrate leadership and teamwork, and fill in for his supervisor temporarily in his absence. Qualifications Job Requirements High school diploma or GED. Must have a valid Texas Driver's License and be over the age of 21 for BSA's drivers' insurance. A Master Facility Tech shall have at least 3 years of experience in related equipment and/or building maintenance. In addition, a Master Tech should have 5+ years of experience at BSA or a comparable in-house service. Licensure in a specialty field may be substituted for other experience at the discretion of the supervisor. Preferred Job Requirements: Willingness to be available for training classes.
