Pizza Hut Shift Supervisor

Position: Pizza Hut Shift Supervisor Job Summary: As a critical member of our leadership team, report directly to the Restaurant General Manager or Assistant Restaurant General Manager. This role is essential in ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly each day. You will prepare and motivate your team to deliver successful shifts. Duties/Responsibilities: Take charge and responsibility for the restaurant and your team during shifts. Train team members to meet Pizza Hut and Tasty Hut, LLC standards. Utilize BLAST to resolve all customer complaints, always prioritizing customer needs. Champion a positive restaurant culture and enhance the employee experience (Live Life Unboxed!). Manage inventory and food orders effectively. Enforce and adhere to Pizza Hut service principles: Deliver it Fast, Prepare Food We Are Proud to Serve, Provide Service with a Smile. Assist the RGM in overseeing and executing all store inventory, forecasting, and scheduling processes. Ensure all team members are equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary for success. Achieve high customer satisfaction results on all shifts. Ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds Tasty Hut, LLC and Pizza Hut Brand Standards and processes on shifts (including Food, Restaurant and Driver Safety, CHAMPS, Brand Standards, FSSC, CORE). Demonstrate expert knowledge and effective utilization of Pizza Hut provided tools (Hutlink, Learning Zone, Pizzapedia). Implement all Pizza Hut training materials and courses, and follow up with team members on execution. Delegate tasks and manage team member workload during shifts. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Conduct inventory counts and audits meticulously. Ensure a safe work environment within the restaurant. Maintain a clean and organized restaurant that meets all health and safety regulations. Act as a brand steward for the Pizza Hut brand. Adhere to the employee handbook and policies (including Cash Controls, Anti-Harassment, etc.). Maintain a professional image and ethical conduct as a representative of Tasty Hut, LLC. Embody Tasty Hut, LLC core values and strive daily to fulfill our mission and vision. Other duties as assigned. Training/Requirements: Passionate about customer service! Serv Safe Certified. Participate in Lead On! Shift Leader programs. Complete MSM courses 4-5. Familiarity with Microsoft Office. Reliable transportation and basic computer skills. Valid driver's license preferred. Communicate and provide feedback in a positive manner. National Sex Offender Registry Check. Motor Vehicle Record.
