As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead our restaurant team in delivering exceptional service while driving sales and profitability. Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM), you'll manage the operations during your assigned shifts, focusing on guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Profitability: Adhere to cash control and security protocols, including safe counting and monitoring cash drawers. Manage inventory through regular inspections and receiving truck orders. Guest Experience: Inspire and guide Team Members to exceed guest expectations with prompt, friendly service in a clean environment. Team Development: Provide coaching and constructive feedback to enhance team capabilities and restaurant performance. Operational Excellence: Lead by example, executing the shift plan and achieving operational targets. Ensure efficient preparation and prompt product delivery within speed of service standards. Engage and motivate Team Members at each workstation during shifts. Analyze restaurant results to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Maintain adherence to operational and brand standards throughout the restaurant. Qualifications: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred. 1-2 years of experience in a quick-service restaurant setting. Strong understanding of guest service principles.
